Dinner

Appetizer: Corn (canned) flavored with honey mustard, margarine, and brown sugar. Slice of wheat bread topped with melted Comte cheese.

Soup: Chicken noodle soup. Dehydrated packet, cooked stove top.

Main entree: Salmon (frozen, from Costco) marinated with white wine, balsamic vinegar, basil, a dash of nutmeg, and pepper.

Drink: Peppermint tea with milk.

It amazes me how nothing stated above can be termed "fresh food."
