The Week of Phlegm

I've been converting this stuff into In-Design layouts. Why decaf? I'd like to cut back on caffeine.
Did you know that orange roses existed? I p-shopped out the green leaves, that's it, I swear.

Correction: 3 weeks of phlegm.

Yes, folks, I've been coughing up a storm these past few weeks, it's been pretty awful. By Saturday, my mom couldn't stand it any longer, so she unceremoniously dragged me out of bed to take me to the doctor for some meds. In addition, she refused to take me home until she had bought me 3 sweaters containing significant percentages of wool/angora rabbit hair.

Sunday through Wednesday, I literally did not leave the house once. The entire time I spent formatting my portfolio. It probably took me longer because I was afraid to get anything less than 8 hours of sleep a night from all the coughing and fever.

Anyways, yesterday I managed to make the deadline I set myself to print off the portfolio for Columbia GSAPP with lots of help from Bernard. Long story short, the color printer at the Hyde Park Kinkos is awful, Jerod at a Kinkos downtown is awesome, and Bernard is ... really good at driving.

I still have quite a bit of work left, but the hardest part, the portfolio design, is done. This is great! I feel like I have the deadlines under control.
