Tonight the team meeting was dinner out to Pilsen for Mexican food. So authentic you pretty much had to order in whatever survival Spanish you knew. We rode up with a motley crew of bicycles: commuter steel frames, custom Tati single speeds, Bianchi fixie, Specialized Roubaix, orange Dutch bike with coaster brakes, and carbon Storcks. However, none of our bikes were nearly as awesome as the custom cargo bikes we saw at this icecream place. We all wanted to roll up to a line on one.
At this point, I'm not sure the enchiladas con queso, ciocolate caliente con leche, and icecream was such a great idea. The potholes didn't make for a smooth ride ... but it's worth it in the end?
