Lander, Wyoming

We see the Wind River Mountains looming ahead of us now!!! According to the map, we're not going to be crossing them at their highest though. We'll be skirting them for a few days until we hit Jackson. They look incredibly daunting though. Certainly nothing like the Appalachians.

The ride was really easy today. I think it's partly because I slept so well last night. I'm not entirely sure why, but it may have to do with wrapping my ever-flattening pillow with my hoodie to fatten it up a bit.

Lander is what Katherine describes as a granola town. We're sitting now in a chill coffee shop listening to some nice jazz tunes (Coltrane?) until we're ready to head off to our home stay homes: real beds tonight! (perhaps?)

You have just passed 2/3 way by distance and days. Good job!
By the way, what is fluid ride?
