Cappuccino foam, I have conquered you !!!
After about 5 people showed me their various methods of making cappuccino foam, and none of them seemed to reliably work for me, I finally gave up and looked up a way on-line. Et voilà, le resultat est formidable. Now I need to figure out how to make hearts and leaves :D

I am quite jealous, I've considered getting a part time job in a coffee house just to learn to do this....and get tons of free coffee.
