I haven't decided which races to do yet, but I definitely want to head out to Ohio. It was my first road race ever and a very memorable experience as a result of there being actual hills.

In terms of training, I'm continuing to ride on trainers parked in front of West Wing episodes about 4 times a week. Does ice-skating count? I went ice-skating today and smiled at little kids who kept falling over. (The really little ones are the most amusing because they don't even have all that far to fall.)

Janice from Gargoyle responded to my query about getting Gargoyle members to help me with the fund-raising bit. She sounded pretty excited about the idea, actually, so I'm feeling pretty encouraged about it all. I plan to start making books today (after my hiatus of a couple of weeks).
